National Outreach Program
The National Outreach Programme (NOP), initiated by Dr. Gohar Ejaz under the banner of the Gohar Ejaz Foundation, is a transformative initiative aimed at creating opportunities for underprivileged but talented students across Pakistan. Established in 2016, the program is dedicated to empowering deserving youth by providing fully funded scholarships to some of the country’s top educational institutions, including the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and Allama Iqbal Medical College (AIMC). Each year, 100 students from diverse backgrounds are selected to receive comprehensive financial support, covering tuition, lodging, and other academic expenses.
The NOP goes beyond financial aid—it is a life-changing platform for high-achieving students from underserved communities, enabling them to access world-class education and realize their potential. By investing in education, the program aims to bridge the gap between socioeconomic disparities and foster a generation of skilled professionals who can contribute to Pakistan’s progress.
Dr. Gohar Ejaz’s commitment to education extends globally, as the program has also facilitated scholarships for Pakistani students to study abroad, further broadening their horizons and opportunities. The NOP stands as a testament to Dr. Ejaz’s vision of inclusive growth, leveraging education as a tool to uplift individuals and transform communities.
Through the National Outreach Programme, Dr. Gohar Ejaz continues to pave the way for a brighter future, ensuring that financial barriers do not stand in the way of talent and ambition. His unwavering belief in the power of education to drive societal change remains a cornerstone of his philanthropic endeavors.
